Socialize Events is a Nashville-based event planning company with a background in producing successful event experiences. Our team has designed and produced groundbreakings, grand openings, product launches, multi-day meetings to 1,500 person private dinners. Our goal is to produce an event that reflects the vision, style and objectives at hand while staying focused on brand identity and high level detail.

Events Producer // Owner
Prior to launching Socialize Event Co in 2010, Stephanie was planning mid- to large-scale events of all kinds professionally in her role as Club Manager at the Westhaven Residents’ Club in Franklin. Her role as events coordinator, venue manager and office manager for the 15,000 square foot clubhouse facility, plus communications/database organizer for the 800+ resident community, brought forward her attention to detail, logistics, management and leadership skills. During her five year tenure as Club Manager, Stephanie planned countless events of all sizes with different budgets and audiences.
Stephanie is an active member of the Nashville Wedding Planners Group.She has volunteered with the Westhaven Foundation as an Events Coordinator since 2009.
