Socialize Events is a Nashville-based event planning company with a background in producing successful event experiences. Our team has designed and produced groundbreakings, grand openings, product launches, multi-day meetings to 1,500 person private dinners. Our goal is to produce an event that reflects the vision, style and objectives at hand while staying focused on brand identity and high level detail.

Stephanie DeMatos

Sr. Events Producer // Founder

Prior to launching Socialize Event Co in 2010, Stephanie planned a variety of mid- to large-scale events professionally for her role as Club Manager at the Westhaven Residents’ Club. Her role as an events coordinator, venue manager and office manager for the 15,000 square foot clubhouse facility, plus communications and database administrator to the 800+ resident community, brought forward her attention to detail, logistics, management and leadership skills. During her five year tenure as Club Manager, Stephanie planned countless events of all sizes, budgets and audiences.

Stephanie is an active member of the Nashville Wedding Planners Group and has volunteered with the Westhaven Foundation as an Events Coordinator for certain non-profit fundraisers since 2009.
